The tools listed here form the Synesyn ecosystem: a modular set of applications, plugins, and services developed through Forward Remembrance and carried forward through Metapunkt’s metafuturist practice. Together they support collaborative imagination, scenario-making, AI-assisted facilitation, symbolic mapping, visual staging, and provenance-aware research workflows.
Synesyn began as an artistic research apparatus, but is now being refined toward broader public use with support from NTNU Discovery. Each tool has a distinct role, while the wider framework allows them to work together as a coordinated environment under different applications built upon the framework, such as ScenSyn.
The existing tools that form the framework include the following:
Metapunkt
The orchestration layer for workflows, agents, roles, tool routing, capability packs, audit logs, and facilitation logic.
SynTree
The AI conversation and semantic context layer, supporting content sources, prompt chains, model interaction, and context management.
SynAxes
The pattern-synthesis and closure-formation layer, used for projections, clustering, bridge detection, hub identification, and human-reviewed closures.
SynPunkt
The presentation and visual staging surface for SynDocs, decks, render recipes, ComfyUI workflows, image generation, and exhibition-facing outputs.
Synesyn Hub
The backend service layer and system-of-record for sessions, events, artifacts, provenance, jobs, replay, and cross-app continuity.
